Larry is also the co-founder of a radiology startup for women’s healthcare, which is successfully in its 15th year of operation. He is the co-inventor of an innovative technique in neural networks for object orientation detection. In his present position, he is aspiring to make a significant contribution to the future of managing and treating MS and other neurodegenerative disorders.

Timothy Vartanian, MD, PhD, is a leading authority on neural regeneration has been named as the Director of the Judith Jaffe Multiple Sclerosis Center at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Timothy was instrumental in validating the equivalence of the tasks in the BeCare Link app were comparable, and possibly exceed current Gold Standard clinical assessments administered by health care professionals. He also serves as a faculty member to the Department of Neurology and Neuroscience at Weill Cornell Medical Center.

At Harvard and MIT, David’s positions focused on computational neuroscience. Previously, at NYU, he concentrated on motor control and brain machine interface development research. Currently an Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, and the Director of Telemedicine and Virtual Rehabilitation at Burke Medical Research Institute, his work to develop low-cost and accessible healthcare solutions for individuals in need of better healthcare accessibility is of ultimate value to BeCare Link.
Eric has 25 years of experience in the financial industry and is the founder of Forepont Capital, a global asset management conglomerate. Previously, Eric served as CEO of Société Générale Asset Management Inc., UBP Asset Management LLC, and Nexar Capital LLC, respectively. Eric currently is the co-chairman of the Neurogen Research Foundation.

Mr. Halem has 35 years of diverse experience working with software and hardware engineering. His early work includes designing real-time rocket telemetry and radar display system at Cape Canaveral, inventing a horsepower meter, and a 3-D video game hardware module. Mr. Halem is a graduate of Harvard, earning a BA in Physics, and has subsequently earned a MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia. Mr. Halem has worked as a quantitative trader, group head, and portfolio manager for Salomon Brothers, Nomura, and Millennium Partners.
Mark brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, being in the vanguard of development. His skill set encompasses developing and deploying commercialization strategies and programs from early-stage through product launch, as well as implementing late-stage life cycle management. To his credit are many successful market developments.
Ms. Bogdanov is a corporate lawyer with 17 years of experience in diverse financial products and transactions. Ms. Bogdanov started her career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and later moved on to become an Associate General Counsel at ABN AMRO Incorporated. Ms. Bogdanov has regulatory experience as Coordinator of OTC Derivatives for the National Futures Association. Ms. Bogdanov is a graduate of NYU’s School of Law.

Derek Brand is an entrepreneur focused on the development and commercialization of new biomedical technologies in healthcare. He has founded multiple startup ventures out of academic institutions and served as a Bio-Entrepreneur in Residence for the Long Island Bioscience Hub. Derek has also held commercial leadership roles at GE, as well as the New York Academy of Sciences organization.
Jing brings 25 years computer industry working experience to the table, with a myriad of successfully designed, researched and implemented projects in real time applications, numeric analysis, operating systems, data communications, and financial engineering. She has worked in flight simulator system design and implementation, telecommunication diagnostic products, and firmware development. Jing utilizes her hands-on programming skills in many computer languages in her recent work designing and implementing high-speed cloud computing, and data modeling of human body behavior to help diagnose certain chronic diseases. Jing possesses a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science, in addition to a MS in Computer Science from UMass Lowell.
